A group of local friends did an online rotisserie of the unpowered cube with me. It took us just over two weeks to complete and allowed me a much greater opportunity to analyse and think about both my picks and other peoples. I spent a worryingly large amount of time thinking about this draft over the last month and figured I would share some of my thoughts on the matter. We did 45 picks for 40 card decks with no sideboards. Partly this was because there were players who have not done this type of cube play before with even more of the player base having no constructed tournament experience of using designed and targetted sideboards. Most of the good hate cards would be entirely knew to over half the people playing! That said it was a wild success and we haven't even played the games yet! We will be doing another and that will be with sideboards. For now here are our picks, some decklists and analysis to follow!
